By accessing and using the EncrypTalk Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

EncrypTalk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for authorized business purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the platform or services
• Use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the service
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Interfere with the service's operation or security

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service only for authorized business purposes

4. Data & Encryption

EncrypTalk provides end-to-end encryption for all communications. Your data is protected with the Signal protocol and perfect forward secrecy. EncrypTalk cannot access your encrypted messages.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EncrypTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption.

6. Service Availability & Support

EncrypTalk provides enterprise-grade security and support. We maintain comprehensive audit trails and security logging for compliance purposes.

• Reproducing or republishing material from SecureComm
• Selling, renting, or sub-licensing material from SecureComm
• Publicly displaying content from SecureComm
• Using content from SecureComm except for personal, non-commercial purposes

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use SecureComm's Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within SecureComm
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify SecureComm immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Termination of Use

SecureComm reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Your account may be terminated for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at SecureComm's sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

11. Modifications to Terms

SecureComm may revise these terms of use for the Service at any time without notice. By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureComm regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements between you and SecureComm.
